D’Artagnan has a bad skin problem on his teat, he scratched a lot and it got infected.
I disinfected it and put a moisturizing cream for couple weeks. A Betadine Solution can also be used. The dry skin is gone and the teat looks fine.
This looks like an injury or a bug but it is actually a teat, sometimes pekingese has very tiny teats so no worries there.
